Voreshka obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2004. She was admitted as an attorney in 2007 and thereafter worked as a specialist employment law attorney. In 2020, Voreshka completed the LLM programme at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal with a specialist qualification in Employment Law.

Voreshka served on the executive committee of the South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW) for a period of four years. Voreshka is experienced in various facets of law including Insolvency, Commercial Law and Contractual Law although her main interest and experience lies in the dynamic arena of Employment Law. Aside from practising law, Voreshka lectures law students at universities across the country.
